MORGO DIGITAL / LEGAL
Clear ground rules for using the Morgo Digital website and understanding how project agreements work.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to use of morgodigital.com, operated by Morgo Digital (“Morgo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
These Terms cover the public website. Paid projects and ongoing client services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement where applicable.
Content on this website describes our approach and available digital services for general informational purposes. It is not a binding offer, professional legal advice, or a guarantee that a particular service, feature, timeline, or result will be available to every customer.
We may revise website content, services, descriptions, and features without advance notice.
Sending a message through our contact form or by email does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance of a project, or require either party to purchase or provide services.
We may ask for further information before offering a proposal. Services, deliverables, prices, payment terms, responsibilities, third-party costs, support, ownership, and timelines will be described in the applicable written agreement before work begins.
Website design, local SEO, advertising, and automation can support business processes, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise, Morgo does not guarantee search rankings, advertising approvals, visitor traffic, lead volume, sales, revenue, or uninterrupted service.
Illustrative workflows, sample dashboards, and animations on this website demonstrate possible solutions; they do not represent a live customer system or a promise that every project includes every feature shown.
Our services may involve third-party products such as domain registration, web hosting, WordPress, email providers, Google services, or other tools. Their availability, fees, terms, and policies are determined by their respective providers.
Our emphasis on customer ownership means clarifying access and control over agreed client assets. It does not mean domains, hosting, subscriptions, advertising, or outside services are free of ongoing costs. Ownership and handover details are defined in the client agreement.
You agree not to misuse this site. In particular, you must not:
We may restrict access or take appropriate action if the website is abused.
The Morgo Digital name, logo, original website design, text, and other materials may be protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Morgo or their respective owners. You may view the site for ordinary personal or business evaluation, but may not republish, sell, or substantially reproduce its original content without permission, except as allowed by law.
Rights to deliverables created for paying clients are addressed in their separate agreements; these website Terms do not alter those arrangements.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content, services, security, or policies and are not responsible for them. Visiting third-party links is at your own discretion.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, this website is provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or suitability for a specific purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, Morgo Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of or inability to access this public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable United States and Florida law, subject to any overriding consumer or other mandatory legal protections. We may update them as the website changes. The date at the top identifies the current version.
